Sushi Night in Salluit

Fantastic supper!
It was Sushi Night in Salluit .
Everybody pitched in and it turned out fantastic.
I had to help to fillet the fish.
Nobody wanted to volunteer.
There was lots of beautiful looking and delicious tasting Sushi.
Michael from California (married to the midwife) showed us how to make
Nigiri and  and some fancy looking sushi with lemon!!!
What a great night !
The Arctic Char was a yellowish color and was our main fish.
In Puvirnituq,at the High School ,the students make Sushi on thursday night
and it is very popular with everybody!!!
Great evening with great people....
